All properties that are offered to you have been visited by one of the directors to ensure that current legislations are being met. Before we accept a property for listing, we ensure that the property represents value for money to our tenants and confirm that all appliances and furniture that are supplied with the tenancy meet our exacting requirements.

We manage the majority of the properties that we rent which provides a tenant with access to a 24 hour emergency helpline. In the event that a problem arises in the property, our dedicated property management department will arrange for a qualified contractor to attend to the problem in the shortest time possible to minimise your inconvenience.
